Phòng Tuyên truyền - Chính sách dân tộc: Phòng Tuyên truyền - Chính sách Dân tộc là tổ chức trực thuộc Ban Dân tộc có chức năng tham mưu Trưởng Ban thực hiện quản lý Nhà nước về chính sách dân tộc thuộc phạm vi nhiệm vụ được giao, cụ thể: - Tham mưu giúp Trưởng ban thực hiện nhiệm vụ nắm bắt tình hình vùng đồng bào dân tộc; tổ chức lễ, hội và thực hiện chính sách dân tộc theo quy định; theo dõi thực hiện công tác dân vận trong vùng đồng bào dân tộc thiểu số; xây dựng kế hoạch và tổ chức thực hiện công tác tuyên truyền, phổ biến các chủ trương, chính sách của Đảng và Nhà nước và đôn đốc, kiểm tra, giám sát tình hình thực hiện các chính sách thuộc phạm vi quản lý nhà nước của Ban. - Tham mưu Trưởng ban thực hiện quản lý nhà nước về chính sách dân tộc thuộc phạm vi nhiệm vụ được giao.
